I provide a safe, confidential and non–judgemental environment where my role is to listen and provide interpretations leading to a deeper understanding of behaviour and feelings.
I focus upon feelings, emotions and experiences from early life when the ability to make sense of them is yet undeveloped. These experiences have been pushed into our unconscious and impact upon current feelings and emotions. In the meetings we will work to make sense of these early feelings, emotions and experiences, and to resolve differences between what is known and what is felt..
